Waynette Anderson has more than 15 years of advertising experience. Her original career path was retail management for 13 years in the field of fine jewelry. She then went on to master the world of advertising sales in the event, radio and sports marketing arenas. She developed a love for creating events that served the interests of so many in the Roanoke Valley.

Inspired by her passion for events and the desire to do things at the highest level, she established Sponsor Hounds in 2006. The concept of integrated media was well received by many businesses that were looking for results during a time that our Nation’s economy was not thriving.

Waynette’s approach to advertising has always been to customize media plans & sponsorship packages that address each advertiser’s goals individually. These methods have created outstanding results for agency, sponsors and consulting clients for 5 years.

Waynette’s hobbies include animal rescue, motorcycle riding, karaoke and watching Pro Football. She is married to Graeme Anderson and has two perfect fur kids, Josie and Shooter.

Elliot Broyles

Elliot holds an Associate Degree in Radio and Television Production and Communications from Virginia Western Community College. After School he spent several years working for Wheeler Broadcasting as a reporter for 960 WFIR and the producer of the morning news program on that station. In 2004 He was promoted to the producer and on-air personality for The Mornin' Thang with Danny and Zack on K92 where he worked for two years before leaving to complete the Sponsor Hounds team.

Elliot learned web design and graphic design on his own after being taught the basics by his dad. He now handles web design, graphic design, public relations, entertainment booking, and sales for Sponsor Hounds.

His off time is spent hanging out with his wife of 6 years and his newborn baby boy Cortland, riding his motorcycle, and playing guitar.
